The online booking tool and in house car records are not kept aligned. I booked in my current car with all details correct on line. The garage tried to service my previous car.

The experience was ok but certainly not "premium". The saleswoman was new and lacked experience. It felt like I need to lead her through the sales process rather than the other way round and was a little chaotic at times.
